In 1996. Skills Training Center was founded as the first HR organization in Serbia. For the last 15 years we have been educating, with special focus on HR profesisonals development. Eight years ago, Mr. Bata Davidović (at that time employed in Coca Cola) and Mr. Dragan Djordjević (at that time representing Skills Training Center), decided to create HR PRO Club.
In order to support HR sector development in Serbia, we are constantly working on gathering HR professionals. We started with just a few members and an idea to strengthen HR profession and point out the importance of this business. Today we are proud to say that we have more than 500 members, managers in big and successful companies.
